Parking
There are 2 free parking spaces available at Chalet 25, marked "Parking chalet 25". Parking in the driveway is prohibited. Cars that do not fit in the reserved parking spaces must be parked in the free lower parking lot.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: from 15:00 hod.
Self-service check-in, the keys to the chalet will be stored in the safety deposit box in the accommodation from 15:00. We will send you a secret code to open it one day before arrival.
Check-out: until 10:00hod.
At 10:00 a.m. we will come to check you out. Please do not leave and wait for us.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the chalet.

Pets
Pets (small breeds) are allowed for a fee of EUR 15.00 per night.
Smoking
There is a strict no-smoking policy in all indoor areas of the chalets.

In the complex, about 50 m from our chalets, there is a restaurant where you can order breakfast.

Barbecue
The chalets have barbecue facilities with basic necessities.
A charge of EUR 20.00 per stay will be made for the use of the barbecue, payable in cash on departure.
Tax
The guest is obliged to pay the accommodation tax in the amount of EUR 1.00/person/night
in cash at the check-out.

Payment terms
Payment for the stay in advance in full, by bank transfer.
The operator is entitled to charge the following cancellation fees in the event that the client cancels his/her reservation in writing or electronically within the following periods:

more than 14 days before arrival - free of charge,

less than 14 days before arrival - cancellation fee of 50% of the price of the stay,
-
less than 7 days before arrival - cancellation fee of 100% of the price of the stay.
